Haunting Strains is a folksy song that’s perfect for Halloween, and also other occasions, and just for fun! The song starts and ends in major mode but has a minor mode section in the middle. The song is in Db Major but uses accidentals in the score rather than a key signature. This is a good piece to teach or learn about double flats, as there are a few double flats in the minor mode section!
